Close your eyes and take a deep breath.
Will yourself transported to a beautiful spot in your mind’s eye –
A grove of beautiful trees, a serene lake beyond that,
Some fresh wildflowers – the first bloom of spring
Perhaps a waterfall in the mountains off to the distance
A rainbow forming in its mist

Breathe in and let the  beauty fill your senses with wonder, with magic

Feel the ground beneath your feet and connect with mother earth
Feel the gentle wind blow across your skin – connect with the heavens
Feel the presence of love that surrounds you – in the green hues of nature,
the blue of sky and water, the touches of color in the spring blossoms

Breathe in again and feel the presence of love within you

Then expand your consciousness

Feel the presence of love that encircles you
Your spirit guides
Your friends of like spirit and heart
Feel their love
